I’ve spent more than 25 years in the natural food industry, working with everyone from small health food stores to major retailers. Every step of the way, I fell deeper in love with food, and especially with spice. As an amateur chef, I’ve always loved building bold new flavors and reimagining the classics to bring out their best.
In 2016, that passion caught fire (quite literally) when I started experimenting with homemade hot sauce. I’ve developed 44 recipes and counting, each one built on balance: flavor first, heat level just right. Our Caribbean Style Habanero was one of the very first, and it’s the one I kept coming back to. It became a favorite with friends, family and peers, and now I get to share it with you.
In 2026, the Green Dragon joined the family: our Fresh Serrano Pepper Sauce, bright and sharp, made for fish, chicken and eggs.
Even though the recipes come from my kitchen, this journey wouldn’t be possible without an incredible team. Their creativity, dedication and belief in our shared vision fuel everything we do. (They really do bring the heat!) I can’t wait to share their stories, and more of our sauces, with you.
