With over 25 years of experience in various roles within the natural food industry, I’ve had the privilege of working with small health food stores and major retailers, falling deeper in love with food—and especially spice—every step of the way. As an amateur chef and all-around lover of good foods, I’ve always been passionate about creating bold new flavor profiles and reimagining classics to bring out their best.

In 2016, that passion took fire (quite literally) when I began experimenting with homemade hot sauce recipes. Today, I’ve developed over 44 unique sauces, each crafted with intention, balance, and a love of heat. The Original Dragon Hot Sauce was actually one of the very first recipes I ever created, and it's something I kept coming back to. Today, this Caribbean-inspired sauce remains a favorite among friends, family, and peers  —  and now I'm excited to bring it to you!

Even though the recipes came from my kitchen, this journey wouldn’t be possible without an incredible team. Their creativity, dedication, and belief in our shared vision fuel everything we do. (They really do bring the heat!) I can't wait to share their stories—and more of our sauces—with you.
