Refund policy

If your sauce arrives broken or you got the wrong bottle, we’ll replace it. Because hot sauce is food, we can’t accept returns of opened or unopened bottles for any other reason.

Damaged or wrong order

Email info@dragonhotsauce.com within 5 business days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damage, or of the bottle you received

No need to send anything back. We’ll ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Can’t be returned

• Opened or unopened bottles returned for reasons other than damage or a wrong item
• Gift cards
